General Booking Conditions
• 1 ... The contract is not transferable.
• 2 ... The cost of the holiday must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
• 3 ... Numbers attributed for plots and rented accommodation (chalets, mobile homes, luxury caravans) are only provisional. The management reserves the right to change them at any time according to the demands of the schedule.
Only one vehicle is included in the rental price.
• 4 ... The booking becomes effective only after our agreement and after receipt of a cheque for € 170 to cover the following : € 145 deposit to be set against the total cost of the holiday, and € 25 booking free, paid by the hirer. You will receive an acknowledgement. Any payment that is not accompanied by the booking contract will not, under any circumstances, guarantee the booking.
• 5 ... You are responsible for cleaning on the day of departure. Otherwise, we offer an all-in cleaning service at a cost of € 46. This all-in cost will be deducted from the security deposit for any rental accommodation that is not handed back clean.
• 6 ... A cashable cheque for € 229 will be requested on the day of arrival for the hire of a chalet, mobile home or luxury caravan. An inventory will be taken on arrival and departure. The security deposit will be returned by cheque at the end of the holiday.
• 7 ... The plot or rented accommodation will become available for re-hire 48 hours after the arrival date stated in the booking contract. unless the camper has given notice by telegram. Telephone cancellation is not accepted.
• 8 ... For cancellations before 31 May, a fixed sum of € 31 will be reimbursed. Deposits will not be returned for any cancellations after that date.
• 9 ... No reduction or reimbursement will be given in the case of early departure, for whatever reason.
• 10 ... AII campers are required to abide by "Camping Le Méditerranée internal rules.
